HERMAN
Who is Herman...?
Herman isn't just a jar of bubbling batter... he's a sweet, living friendship that begins in your kitchen and reaches far beyond it. Known as the Amish friendship bread starter, Herman is a simple mixture of flour, sugar, milk, and natural yeast that grows with care and time. With a little daily attention and a lot of love, he transforms into delicious loaves of sweet cake — that's meant to be shared.
Passed from friend to friend, Herman brings not only the joy of homemade baking, but also the warmth of connection and tradition. Whether you're welcoming him for the first time or rekindling an old friendship, Herman is here to fill your home with comfort, community, and the scent of something wonderful in the oven.
